The printed loyalty program Simply you was created six years ago to strengthen the relationship between Carrefour and its customers. With a fresh look and a keen eye for quality, the lifestyle magazine offers an inspiring mix of tasty products, passionate contributions from co-workers and suppliers and useful tips and tricks for customers. The magazine presents the products in creative and inspiring recipes encouraging the reader to discover the Carrefour products in a new way. Different qualitative and quantitative studies have shown that since its creation Simply you has had a positive impact on the brand image and has driven more customers to the shops.

Client

Carrefour Belgium is one of the biggest retailers in Belgium and employs approximately 11,500 workers. Today Carrefour Belgium counts nearly 750 shops: 45 Hypermarket Carrefour, 438 Carrefour Markets, 263 Express convenience stores, 10 Drive.be and 1 Rob-shop.

Carrefour Belgium is part of the Carrefour Group, the leading retailer in Europe and the world’s 2nd biggest retailer. With over 10,600 retail outlets, the group is present in more than 30 countries. In 2013, the approximately 364,000 collaborators reached a turnover of about 100,2 billion euro.
